dated February 24, 2010.Recent inspection activity has revealed discrepancies with the current licensing basis (CLB) associated with this LAR. The discrepancies have led to differing interpretations of the CLB. PG&E intends to resolve these discrepancies by obtaining prior NRC approval of proposed changes to applicable sections of the Final Safety Analysis Report Update and Technical Specification Bases. PG&E intends to resubmit this LAR with an additional request for approval of this proposed clarifying licensing basis description.

PG&E makes no regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.This letter includes no revisions to existing regulatory commitments.
