REQUEST FOR PUBLICATION IN BIWEEKLY FR NOTICE -NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE (TAC NO. MC8434)FPL Energy Seabrook, LLC, Docket No. 50-443, Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1, Rockinqham County, New Hampshire Date of amendment request: September 22, 2005, as supplemented by letters dated March 24, 2006, and April 28, 2006.Description of amendment request: The proposed amendment revised the Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1 Technical Specifications (Tss) to increase the licensed thermal power level by 1.7% to 3648 megawatts thermal.Date of issuance:
