The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the staff) and representatives of NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra or the applicant), held a telephone conference call on November 22, 2011, to discuss and clarify the response to requests for additional information (RAls) concerning the Seabrook Station, license renewal application. The telephone conference call was useful in clarifying the intent of the staff's RAls.

Enclosure 1 provides a list of participants and Enclosure 2 contains the RAls that were discussed with the applicant, including a brief description of the status of the item.

The applicant had an opportunity to comment on this summary.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC or the staff) and representatives of NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (the applicant), held a telephone conference call on November 22, 2011, to discuss the response to requests for additional information (RAls) concerning the Seabrook Station, license renewal application (LRA).

Response to RAI B.2.3.1-3 and RAI B.2.3.1-4: Related to the Fatigue Monitoring Program The staff discussed its concerns that the design limit of the personnel airlock and the eqUipment hatch may reach its deSign limit without triggering an action from the fatigue monitoring program.

The applicant understands the staff's concern and will submit a revised RAI response to RAI 8.2.3.1-3 and RAI 8.2.3.1-4.

The staff will not send an RAI.
