SEABROOK STATION, UNIT NO. 1 - CORRECTION OF AMENDMENT NO. 110, MEASUREMENT UNCERTAINTY RECAPTURE POWER UPRATE (TAC NO. MC8434)
Dear Mr. St. Pierre:
On May 22, 2006, the Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff issued the subject amendment in response to your application transmitted by letter dated September 22, 2005. The amendment revised the Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1 (Seabrook) Technical Specifications (TSs).
Specifically, the amendment revised the Seabrook TSs to allow implementation of a 1.7 percent measurement uncertainty recapture power uprate.
Subsequent to the issuance, your staff identified errors in the associated safety evaluation. An errata sheet indicating the pages to be replaced, as well as the affected pages are enclosed.
