Reference 1 provided TXU Generation Company LP's (TXU Power's) response to NRC Generic Letter 2003-01, "Control Room Habitability" (Reference 2). TXU Power provided a supplemental response (Reference

3) which identified the following commitment.

27329 Bubble tight dampers are planned to be installed to reduce the filtered in-leakage (to the Control Room Envelope) and provide an effective isolation mode for the control room HVAC system.
