FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (JAF) Owner's Activity Report , Third Period, Fourth Interval JAF-RPT-17-00027 (Enclosure) which contains a summary of the lnservice Inspection (ISi) examinations conducted during the plant's 2017 Refuel Outage 22. Table 1 of the enclosed report summarizes the items with flaws or relevant indications that required evaluation for continued service and Table 2 provides an abstract of repair/replacement activities required for continued service. This Report is being submitted in accordance with JAF's approved Fourth Interval lnservice Inspection Program Plan [Reference 1 ]. There are no new regulatory commitments contained in this letter.
