lnservice Inspection Summary Report Cycle 24 Exelon letter, Fifth Ten-Year lnservice Inspection Interval Program Plan, JAFP-18-0113, dated December 17, 2018 This letter submits the James A. FitzPatrick Nuclear Power Plant (JAF) Owner's Activity Report, First Period, Fifth Interval which contains a summary of the lnservice Inspection (ISi) examinations conducted during the plant's 2020 Refuel Outage 24 (FP1 R24).
Table 1 of the enclosed report summarizes the items with flaws or relevant indications that required evaluation for continued service and Table 2 provides an abstract of repair/replacement activities required for continued service.
This report is being submitted in accordance with JAF's approved Fifth Interval lnservice Inspection Program Plan [Reference 1].

IR 04351640 - Through wall leak on line WES-151-37 46-1 0"-WES-151-37 ASME Section XI Code Case N-513-3 was employed and concluded the flaw was caused by a combination of MIC and a weld defect.
Extent-of-condition examinations were performed on 5 comparable locations. The section of pipe was replaced during the R24 refueling outage.
