Dear Mr. Alexander:

This letter provides notification of a change to the Decommissioning Project Manager assigned to Ford Nuclear Reactor. Effective February 14, 2011, Mr. Theodore Smith will assume project management responsibilities for the Ford Nuclear Reactor. Mr. Smith can be contacted by telephone at 301-415-6721 and by e-mail at theodore.smith@nrc.gov. Mr. Smith's U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission mail stop is T-8F5.
