EOMDennis,For your reply to Melanie, RPB2 and RERB are done. The FSEIS went to the EPA last Friday, which meansthat the 30-day cooling off period should end on May 14th. After that point, NRC is free to issue thelicense.
We are still in informal consultation with NMFS regarding two endangered species;
: however, bypractice and by precedent, we have not held up license renewals while waiting for informal consultations toconclude.
