3/21/14 Written Exam Outline Comment Resolution 1 In Tier 1, Group 2 for the RO, System 295008 is High Reactor Water Level, but the K/A is for High Containment Temperature. Need to move the K/A to system 295011.

K/A moved.

2 3 4 5 Administrative JPM Outline (Date) Comment Resolution 1 JPMs A5, A7, and A8 appear to be RO JPMs. Need to convert at least one to an SRO level JPM.

JPM's A7 and A8 replaced.

- Make Event 2 Event 1.

Delete Event 1 and 3.

Add an I/C malfunction for the ATC before the major event.

What alternate leg of the EOPs is exercised in this scenario?

If Event 6 directly leads to Event 7 then it is part of the major event.

- Make Event 2 Event 1.

Delete Events 1 and 3.

Add an I/C for the BOP before the major event.

Does Event 5 result in a loss of both CRD pumps? What are the Tech Spec implications?

What alternate leg of the EOPs is exercised in this scenario?

Add a second Tech Spec event.

What are the expected actions for Event 8? Scenario revised to incorporate comments.

- Delete Event 2.

Add a Tech Spec Event for the BOP before the major event.

What is the significance of the loss of Scenario revised to incorporate comments. Component names were added.

Note that Scenario 4 is the spare.
