Reference:

1) NUREG 1021, Operator Licensing Examination Standards for Power Reactors, Revision 9 (Supplement 1)

Dear Sir:

The purpose of this correspondence is to submit to the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) Region IV offices post-examination review documentation resulting from the Reactor Operator initial retake licensing examination, which was administered at River Bend Station (RBS) on June 19, 2015.

Pursuant to Reference 1 above, a post-examination analysis was performed. The following examination documentation required by Section ES-SO;, C.i.a of Reference 1, is enclosed:

1) the results of any written examination performance analysis that was performed, with recommended substantive changes (ES-403), plus any substantive comments made by the applicants following the written examination, with an explanation concerning why the comment was accepted or rejected (ES-402)

2) the graded written examinations (i.e., each applicants original answer and examination cover sheets), plus a clean copy of each applicants answer sheet (ES-403)

3) the master examination(s) and answer key(s), annotated to indicate any changes made while administering and grading the examination(s) (ES-402 and ES-403)

4) questions asked by and answers given to the applicants during the written examination (ES 402)

5) the written examination seating chart (ES-402)

6) a completed Form ES-403-1, Written Examination Grading Quality Checklist

7) original Form(s) ES-201-3, Examination Security Agreement, with a pre- and post examination signature by every individual who had detailed knowledge of any part of the operating test or written examination before they were administered.

We request the NRC to withhold Enclosures 1, 2, 4, and 7 from the public document room per 10 CFR 2.390. We request the NRC to withhold the written examination (Enclosure 3) from the public document room for two years from the date of the exam. This letter contains no new regulatory commitments.
