(AREVA), requesting that the information contained in the following documents be withheld from public disclosure pursuant to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (10 CFR), Part 2, Section 2.390: AREVA document, ANP-3435, Revision 2, "AREVA Responses to RAl-8 and RAl-32 from SRXB and SNPB on MNGP EFW LAR" AREVA document, ANP-3274P, Revision 2, "Analytical Methods for Monticello ATWS-1" AREVA document, ANP-3284P, Revision 1, "Results of Analysis and Benchmarking of Methods for Monticello A TWS-1" The affidavit stated that the submitted information should be considered exempt from mandatory public disclosure for the following reasons: (b) Use of the information by a competitor would permit the competitor to significantly reduce its expenditures, in time or resources, to design, produce, or market a similar product or service. (c) The information includes test data or analytical techniques concerning a process, methodology, or component, the application of which results in a competitive advantage for AREVA. (d) The information reveals certain distinguishing aspects of a process, methodology, or component, the exclusive use of which provides a competitive advantage for AREVA in product optimization or marketability.
