MATICEl.ID NJCIIAR GDiERATING PIMir Docket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 Previous correspondence with your office on Septcseher 15, 1975, discussed re-porting of refueling outage valve leakage pmblems.

For the current refueling outage we will report penetration and isolation valve leakage rates which ex-cced the acceptance criteria outlined in section 4.7.A.2.f of the Technical Specification in a similar anaer.

Excessive Icakage rates will be reported within 24 hours2.777778e-4 days <br />0.00667 hours <br />3.968254e-5 weeks <br />9.132e-6 months <br /> or no later than the first working day following the event, Office of Inspection and by telephone and telecopy to the Director, Region III,d within 14 days following Enforcement.

A Licensee Event Report will be submitte rep::ii of all Icaking valves.

In acconlance with these reporting nquimments, notification is herchy nede that the fo11cming valves were found to leak in excess of th'c acceptance criteria for local leak tests specified in Section 4.7.A.2.f of the Technical.epecifi-cations:
