Over the past year and a half, PAB staff supported DURLD by working with the licensee to specify what information is necessary for NRC to make a licensing decision on partial site release of an impacted area. We request that PAB provide further support by reviewing the SCE submittal dated December 19, 2007, and providing a conclusion by February 25, 2008, on whether or not SCE has demonstrated compliance with the release criteria specified in 10 CFR 20.1402. | Over the past year and a half, PAB staff supported DURLD by working with the licensee to specify what information is necessary for NRC to make a licensing decision on partial site release of an impacted area.
