By application dated December 5 , 2014 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML 14353A016), Florida Power & Light Company submitted a License Amendment Request (LAR) to revise the St. Lucie Plant , Unit Nos. 1 and 2 (St. Lucie) Technical Specifications to adopt risk-informed completion times in accordance with the Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Traveler-505 , Revision 1, " Provide Risk-Informed Extended Completion Times -RITSTF [Risk Informed TSTF] Initiative 4b" (ADAMS Accession No. ML 111650552). On February 22 and 23 , 2016 , the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff and its contractors from the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory participated in a regulatory audit of St. Lucie at the NextEra Energy Offices in Juno Beach, Florida. The purpose of the audit was to understand what information the NRC staff needed to support its review of the LAR and to develop requests for additional information, as needed. Enclosure 1 provides the schedule of activities during the audit. Enclosure 2 provides the list of audit participants. Enclosure 3 contains a list of documents reviewed by the team.
