See Page 3 On February 26, 2014, OPPD requested NRC approval to extend the scheduled submittal date for the FCS Flooding Hazard Reevaluation Report to ten (10) months after data from the USACE System Dam Failure Analysis was received (Reference 1). Reference 2 transmitted the USACE System Dam Failure Analysis to OPPD on April 4, 2014. Reference 3 summarizes a closed meeting between the NRC and OPPD in which OPPD provided a strategy for mitigating the effects of beyond design basis floods up to a certain flood level for FCS. In Reference 4 OPPD provided a timeline for implementing these strategies. | |||
Attachment 1 to Reference 4 provided a list of the actions taken or planned to be taken along with additional supporting details and the dates by which they have or will be implemented. | |||
