On September 11, 2013, the NRC Staff filed an unopposed motion for an extension of time to respond to Riverkeeper, Inc.'s (Riverkeeper) consolidated motion regarding RK-EC-8A.

1 The State of New York (New York) and Entergy Nuclear Operations, Inc. (Entergy) do not oppose this request, but Entergy requests, in the event that we grant the Staff's motion, that Entergy be afforded the same extension of time for filing its answer to Riverkeeper's consolidated motion.

2 Hudson River Sloop Clearwater, Inc. (Clearwater) takes no position.

3 Riverkeeper does not oppose the Staff's request, provided that it is afforded a single consolidated date on which to reply to both the Staff's and Entergy's answers.

Riverkeeper's reply to the Staff's and Entergy's answers will be considered timely if filed on or before October 8, 2013.
