ORDER On February 12, 2020, the Town of Cortlandt, Village of Buchanan, and Hendrick Hudson School District (together, Petitioners), the State of New York, and Riverkeeper, Inc.

each filed hearing requests in this license transfer proceeding. 1 The applicants answered each request on March 9, 2020. 2 The State, Riverkeeper, and Petitioners each request an unopposed extension of time to file their respective replies to the applicants answers. Pursuant to my authority under 10 C.F.R. § 2.346(b), the requests are granted. The State, Riverkeeper, and Petitioners may file their replies by Monday, March 23, 2020.
