ASLBP No. 07-858-03-LR-BD01 (Indian Point Nuclear Generating Units 2 and 3) December 7, 2015 ORDER (Setting Post-Hearing Briefing Schedule)

On Thursday, November 19, 2015, at the close of the Indian Point Track 2 hearing, the Board requested that the parties jointly submit a proposed schedule for post-hearing briefing.

Although the Board finds the parties proposed schedule to be somewhat leisurely, it does not find the schedule unreasonable.

Proposed corrections to the hearing transcript shall be due no later than January 8, 2016. Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law must be submitted by February 29, 2016, and Replies to Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law by March 30, 2016.
