On February 5, 2016, the State of New York (New York) moved for the admission of six exhibits.1 In response, on February 19, 2016, the Board directed New York to provide written expert testimony explaining the materiality of the proposed exhibits to the admitted contentions.2 On March 4, 2016, New York filed that expert testimony pursuant to the Scheduling Order.3 Expert testimony from Entergy and the NRC Staff is due no later than March 18, 2016.4 1 State of New York Motion for Leave to File Six Documents as Additional Exhibits (Feb. 5, 2016).

In the Scheduling Order the Board also offered New York the opportunity to file reply expert testimony no later than March 25, 2016.5 On March 9, 2016, New York filed a timely unopposed motion for an extension of time.6 The Board finds New Yorks motion to be reasonable and grants the motion. New York may file rebuttal expert testimony no later than April 1, 2016.
