==Dear Commissioners and Staff:==

Reference 1 informed the NRC that Pacific Gas and Electric Company (PG&E) would implement the risk-informed evaluation methodology in Reference 2 to address potential open phase conditions at Diablo Canyon Power Plant (DCPP).
Implementation was completed on March 11, 2021, for DCPP Unit 1 and on April 5, 2021, for DCPP Unit 2.
Note that the Unit 2 implementation was delayed past the Reference 1 commitment date of March 31, 2021. This constitutes a change to the commitment; however, the delay was warranted to allow certain relay setpoint changes to be made safely during the spring refueling outage for that unit.
PG&E makes no new or other revisions to regulatory commitments (as defined by NEI 99-04) in this letter.
