- (Nov.13,1998), hereby submits its best estimate of the length of the hearing file due to be filed i no later than December 14, 1998. The Staff estimates that the hearing file will comprise approximately 900 pages. The Staff notes that should the agency's reproduction services not be able to duplicate certain large items such as charts and graphs as they presently exist on single sheets of paper, the number of pages in the hearing file could increase somewhat.  :
