PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY'S RESPONSE TO MOTIONS TO PRESENT ADDITIONAL EVIDENCE As permitted by the Board's Order dated June 28, 1983 the NRC Staff, Joint Intervenors,    and Governor of California          filed Motions To Present Additional Evidence in this proceeding.            As also permitted by the Board's order PGandE hereby files this response to the motions by requesting the Board to accept as new evidence in this proceeding the attached letter of transmittal and report entitled " Report On Investigation Of Reactor Coolant Pipe Weld Thickness At Diablo Canyon".
