Dear Chairman Hendrie:

You have recently received a resolution from the Martic Township Board of Supervisors in my Congressional District which expresses opposition to the granting -

of early site review for the proposed Fulton Nuclear Il Plant to be located in the Southern part of Lancaster E County, Pennsylvania. ~

As you know, I am opposed to the construction of this facility on the grounds that this part of Pennsylvania should not be subject to the clustering of nuclear plants.

Therefore, I ask that you give the resolution adopted by the Martic Township Supervisors very careful consider-ation. Also, please keep me apprised of any developments regarding the status of the early site review for the -

Fulton Nuclear Plant.
