Dear Mr. Kirslis:
This is a follow-up to my correspondence of July 25 regarding the proposed Fulton Nuclear Generating Station.
The Lancaster County Planning Commission, in anticipation of the Philadelphia Electric Company's possibly making an application in the near future, has begun to review the possible impacts of the proposed f acility on Lancaster County.
Specifically, its Land Use Advisory Committee and Sewer and Water Advisory Com-mittee will be evaluating the proposal from their two petapectives.
Since the Planning Commission will be most closely involved with this review,1 am writing to inform you that, !n the future, the Planning Commission will be the primary spokesman for the County of Lancaster with regard to the proposed facility.
This is consistent with their role on other review matters relating to planning.
You may therefore correspond with the Planning Commission with future requests for comments. They will keep us County Commissioners informed, and we will let you Lcu if we have anything to add to the Planning Commission's comments.
