Dear Chairman Hendrie:
You have recently received a resolution from the Martic Township Board of Supervisors in my Congressional District which expresses opposition to the granting of early site review for the proposed Fulton Nuclear Il Plant to be located in the Southern part of Lancaster E
County, Pennsylvania.
~
As you know, I am opposed to the construction of this facility on the grounds that this part of Pennsylvania should not be subject to the clustering of nuclear plants.
Therefore, I ask that you give the resolution adopted by the Martic Township Supervisors very careful consider-ation.
Also, please keep me apprised of any developments regarding the status of the early site review for the Fulton Nuclear Plant.
Thank you very much for your attention to this matter and I will be looking forward to hearing from you in the future.
