I as in response of your letter of May 1,1978 concerning the proposed meeting on May 11, 1978 with the Philadelphia Electric Company to discuss the early site review for the Fulton site..
All parties should first note that Mr. Allison is no longer with our firm and I have taken over the representation of this matter on behalf of Fulton Township. Therefore,<.orrespondence should.be addressed:

Jeffrey Sidebottom, Esquire Barley, Snyder, Cooper & Barber 115 East King Street Lancaster, PA 17602 I have received a copy of Mr. Malone's letter and on behalf of the Fulton Township I want to join in Mr. Malone's remarks in that the position of Fulton Township on this matter is that there should not be an early site review for the reasons set forth in Mr. Malone's letter. We therefore respectfully request that the Commission not grant an early site review for the project.
