-SIGNATORY AUTHORITY The Site Vice President for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant is the signatory authority for the facility's NPDES permit application.

In accordance with 40 CFR § 122.22, 1, as the current Sequoyah Site Vice President, am authorizing persons holding the positions listed below to act as the duly authorized representative for signing any reports (including discharge monitoring reports).required under the permit as well for signing any other reports relating to the compliance of the facility.1.
