SIGNATORY AUTHORITY The Site Vice President for the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant is the signatory authority for the facility's NPDES permit application. In accordance with 40 CFR § 122.22, 1, as the current Sequoyah Site Vice President, am authorizing persons holding the positions listed below to act as the duly authorized representative for signing any reports (including discharge monitoring reports)
