MN No.11-017 U. S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION REGION I NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING May 2,2011 Licensee: Exelon Generation Company, LLC Facilities: Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No(s). 50-219 Time and Date: May 26, 2011from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Location: Holiday Inn'Toms River, NJ 290 Route 37 East Toms River. NJ Purpose: The U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) will meet with the public to discuss the NRC's assessment of safety performance at Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station for 2010, as described in the annual assessment letter dated March 4,2Q11. The NRC will respond to questions on specific performance issues at the plant and our role in ensuring safe plant operations.

NRC Attendees: D. Lew, Deputy RegionalAdministrator, Region I R. Bellamy, Chief, Projects Branch 6, Region I J. Kulp, Senior Resident Inspector, Oyster Creek S. Barber, Senior Project Engineer, Projects Branch 6, Region I Public Participation: This is a Category 3 Meeting. The public will have an opportunity to communicate with NRC staff following the presentation.
