LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-6-B2 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting between Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon, the licensee), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss outstanding issues associated with the NRC staff review of the Oyster Creek license amendment request regarding secondary containment operability dated November 13, 2009 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML093220922). The amendment request superseded a previous November 2, 2007 (ADAMS Accession No. ML073180397) submittal, including supplements. The November 13, 2009, document superseded the other submittals and supplements.

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
