LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Two White Flint North 11545 Rockville Pike, Room T7A4 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of the meeting between Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon, the licensee), and the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC), Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) staff is to discuss outstanding issues associated with the NRC staff review of the Oyster Creek license amendment request regarding secondary containment operability (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML073180397). The amendment request was supplemented by letters dated May 5, 2008 (ADAMS Accession No. ML081330320), July 7,2008 (ADAMS Accession No. ML081900267), and September 22, 2008 (ADAMS Accession No. ML082670773). A draft RAI concerning these issues was provided via facsimile to Exelon on September 11, 2009 (ADAMS Accession No. ML092540236).

CATEGORY 1:* This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one or more opportunities to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.
