By letter dated October 4, 2012, as supplemented by letter dated February 4, 2013, Entergy Operations, Inc. (Entergy, the licensee), submitted Revision 14 of the Physical Security Plan (PSP), Training and Qualification Plan (T&QP), and Safeguards Contingency Plan (SCP), for ANO, Units 1 and 2 (collectively, the ANO Security Plan). By letter dated June 12, 2013, as supplemented letter dated April 30, 2014, the licensee submitted Revision 15 of the ANO Security Plan. By letter dated October 23, 2013, the licensee submitted Revision 16 of the ANO Security Plan. By letter dated April 30, 2014, the licensee submitted Revision 17 of the ANO security plan. Revisions 14, 15, 16, and 17 of the ANO Security Plan were submitted under the provisions of paragraph 50.54(p)(2) of Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (1 O CFR). Portions of the above stated documents contain safeguards and security-related information, and are, therefore, withheld from public disclosure.

The staff's review of the ANO security plans listed above included, in addition to the supplemental information provided for Revisions 14 and 15, an onsite regulatory audit conducted at ANO from November 17-20, 2014, during which the licensee provided additional clarifying information.
