In accordance with its obligation to inform the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board ("Board") of potentially relevant developments in a timely fashion, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff ("NRC Staff") hereby notifies the Board that on September 11, 2017, the NRC Staff issued a letter declining the C10 Research and Education Foundation's ("C-10") request for action under 10 C.F.R. § 2.206.
In accordance with its obligation to inform the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board (Board) of potentially relevant developments in a timely fashion, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff (NRC Staff) hereby notifies the Board that on September 11, 2017, the NRC Staff issued a letter declining the C10 Research and Education Foundations (C-10) request for action under 10 C.F.R. § 2.206.1 The letter is publically available under Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML17248A295.
