Docket No. 50-443-LA-2 December 17, 2019 NEXTERA ENERGY SEABROOK LLCS ERRATA TO RESPONSIVE PROPOSED FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW On December 13, 2019, NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC (NextEra) submitted its Responsive Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law.1 NextEra subsequently discovered the following scriveners error in that document, and now submits this corrective errata accordingly:
On page 14, the fifth sentence of paragraph 19 now reads... was addressed in the LSTP.... However, it should read,... was addressed in ACI 318-71....
A corrected copy of the Responsive Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law is filed herewith for the Boards convenience.
