Docket No. 50-443-LA-2 October 18, 2019 JOINT MOTION TO CORRECT THE TRANSCRIPT FOR THE EVIDENTIARY HEARING HELD SEPTEMBER 24-27, 2019 Pursuant to 10 C.F.R. § 2.323(a), NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission Staff, and C-10 Research and Education Foundation (collectively, the Parties), hereby jointly request that the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board issue an order, under 10 C.F.R. § 2.327(d), correcting the official transcript of the evidentiary hearing held September 24-27, 2019, as set forth in the errata listed in the attachments hereto. contains non-proprietary corrections, and Attachment 2 contains a correction involving proprietary information. The Parties submit that these corrections are necessary to ensure that the transcript accurately reflects the statements made during the evidentiary hearing.
