SUBJECT:

Seabrook License Amendment Proceeding, Docket No. 50-443 LAR

Dear Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel Members:

Today, on behalf of the C-10 Research and Education Foundation, Inc. (C-10), I filed C-10 RESEARCH AND EDUCATION FOUNDATIONS RESPONSE TO ASLB MEMORANDUM AND MOTION TO SUBMIT ADDITIONAL EXHIBITS REGARDING PETROGRAPHIC OBSERVATIONS AND ANALYSES OF ASR AT SEABROOK (Answer/Motion), as well as two proposed exhibits: INT049 and INT050. The purpose of this letter is to inform you that the Answer/Motion and Exhibit INT049 are being filed as proprietary documents. While we think it is unlikely that the documents contain proprietary information, we have been unable, as of this writing, to obtain confirmation from NextEra that they can be filed as public documents. Thus, out of an abundance of caution, we are designating them as proprietary. When NextEra informs us regarding whether the documents have proprietary content, we will re-file them, either as public documents or redacted documents.

Exhibit INT050 was provided by NextEra to C-10 as a non-proprietary disclosure document, and therefore it is being filed in the public docket.

Sincerely,

/s/

Diane Curran Cc: Service List Natalie Hildt Treat, Executive Director, C-10
