SUBJECT:

Seabrook License Amendment Proceeding, Docket No. 50-443 LAR

Dear Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel Members:

On October 28, 2019, on behalf of the C-10 Research and Education Foundation, Inc. (C-10), I filed C-10 RESEARCH AND EDUCATION FOUNDATIONS RESPONSE TO ASLB MEMORANDUM AND MOTION TO SUBMIT ADDITIONAL EXHIBITS REGARDING PETROGRAPHIC OBSERVATIONS AND ANALYSES OF ASR AT SEABROOK (Answer/Motion), as well as two proposed exhibits: INT049 and INT050. Because C-10 had not yet received confirmation from NextEra that the Answer/Motion and Exhibit INT049 did not contain proprietary information, I filed them on the NRCs non-public electronic hearing docket and marked them as potentially containing proprietary information. (Proposed Exhibit INT050 was provided by NextEra to C-10 as a non-proprietary disclosure document, and therefore it was filed in the public docket.)

C-10 has now received confirmation from NextEra that the Answer/Motion and proposed Exhibit INT049 do not contain proprietary information. Therefore, I am re-filing them today on the NRCs public hearing docket. The only changes that have been made to the documents consist of removal of any proprietary designation. Proposed Exhibit INT-049 has been re-labeled Exhibit INT-049-R to reflect the change.

Sincerely,

/s/

Diane Curran Cc: Service List Natalie Hildt Treat, Executive Director, C-10
