WNP-2, OPERATING LICENSE NPF-21 1994 ANNUAL ENVIRONMENTAL OPERATING REPORT This letter is submitted per reporting requirements of Section 5.4.1 of the WNP-2 Environmental Protection Plan (EPP;Appendix B to OL).No design or operational changes or tests in 1994 involved an unreviewed environmental question.The only proposed change for which an environmental evaluation was prepared was a proposed 4.9%increase in WNP-2 thermal power.This proposal, which requires a change to the operating license, was submitted getter dated July 9, 1993)for review by NRC staff.No non-routine nonradiological reports (within the context of EPP Section 5.4.2)were required for 1994.A summary of the effluent data reported to the State of Washington on the monthly discharge monitoring reports is attached.Should you have any questions or desire additional information regarding this matter, please call me or D.W.Coleman (509)377-4342.J.V.Parrish (Mail Drop 1023)Vice-President, Nuclear Operations JPC/ml
