NUCLEAR PLANT NO. 2 1990 ANNUALENVIRONMENTALOPERATING REPORT This letter is submitted per the reporting requirements of Section 5.4.1 of the WNP-2 Environmental Protection Plan (EPP)(Appendix B to Facility Operating License NPF-21).

A summary of effluent data reported to the State of Washington on the monthly discharge monitoring reports is included on the attached tables. There were no National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit violations in 1990. No design or operational changes or tests in 1990 involved an unreviewed environmental question. Also, no non-routine reports (within the context of EPP Section 5.4.2) were required for 1990.
