The condition is reportable to the NRC in accordance with 10 CFR 50.73(a)(2)(i)(B) as a cond.ition prohibited by the plant's Technical Specifications. The LER contains preliminary information concerning the event. Results of our completed review into this event will be provided in a supplement to this LER. *
