By letter dated December 12, 2016 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML16350A113), Westinghouse Electric Company (Westinghouse) submitted for U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) staff review topical report (TR)

WCAP-18032-P, Revision 0, AND WCAP-18032-NP, Revision 0, "Calculation of Mixed Core Safety Limit Minimum Critical Power Ratio" (Proprietary/ Non-Proprietary). By letter dated January 16, 2018 (ADAMS Accession No. ML17352A013), the NRC issued its request for additional information (RAI) questions for the review of TR WCAP-18032-P, Revision 0, and WCAP-18032-NP, Revision 0.

Enclosed for Westinghouse review and comment is a copy of the NRC staff's draft safety evaluation (SE) for the TR WCAP-18032-P, Revision 0, AND WCAP-18032-NP, Revision 0.
