The amendment consisted of changes to the Technical Specifications (TSs) in response to your application dated September 19, 2005.The amendment changed the current Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) for TS 3.1.1.5 byraising the minimum temperature for criticality from the current value of 525 oF to 540 oF, tochange the Action statement for LCO 3.1.1.5 to reflect this change, and to replace the currentstatement in Surveillance Requirement 4.1.1.5 with wording consistent with NUREG-1432,"Standard Technical Specifications-Combustion Engineering Plants." After issuance, it was discovered that the associated license amendment page 2 provided withAmendment No. 264 had the amendment number omitted. Enclosed is the corrected license amendment page 2 for Amendment No. 264. Please replace the incorrect page with the enclosure. We regret any inconvenience that this oversight may have caused.
