Rich, As we discussed, during review of the NRC Safety Evaluation for the MPS3 Alternative Request IR-3-27 for Implementation of Extended Reactor Vessel Third Inservice Inspection Interval dated Feb. 16, 2016, two minor editorial items were noted. On the top of page 4, item 1, 4th sentence, the acronym RTmaxx is defined as "Radiographic Testing - maximum.It should be "Reference Temperature - maximum."

On page 6, second paragraph, the 3rd sentence states "-.TWCF95-TOTAL for MPS3 was 1.44 x 10-3,-.but the correct value for TWCF95-TOTAL is 1.44 x 10-13. If you have any questions, please let me know.
