JAMES E. NEWMAN On July 30, 1981, Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) served its Fourth Set of Interrogatories to James E.

Newman. Two of those Interrogatories have incorrect references to other Interrogatories. Accordingly, NIPSCO hereby amends its Fourth Set of Interrogatories to James E. Newman as follows: .

l. Interrogatory 42 (c) is hereby amended to read as follows:

"42 (c) . Please specify the basis for your answer to Interrogatory 42(b)."

2. Interrogatory 45(c) is hereby amended to read as follows:

"45 (c) . Please provide the basis for your answer to Interrogatory 45 (b) . "
