NOTICE OF RECONSTITUTION OF BOARD Pursuant to the authority contained in 10 CFR 2.721 (1980), the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for Northern Indiana Public Service Co. (Bailly, Unit 1), Docket No. 50-367-CPA, is hereby reconsituted by appointing the following Administrative Judge to the Board:
