hereby make application to the Board for diser ery on the follow-ing staff evaluations or reports, which were served by the staff on July 17, 1981:

- NRC Staff Evaluation of the Request for An Extension of Construction permit CPPR-104 For the Bailly Generating Station, Nuclear 1.

- Negative Declaration Supporting the Extension of the Expiration Date for Construct. ion Permit No. CPPR-104, Bailly, Generating Station, Nuclear 1.

- Environmental Impact Appraisal Prepared by the Division of Licensing Regarding the Extension of Construction Permit CPPR-014, Bailly Generating Station, Nuclear 1.

The discovery necessitated by these staff evaluations or reports is the following, which is submitted herewith.

1. Amendment to Notice of Deposition of M. David Lynch; 3

2. PCCI's Third Application Pursuant to 10 CFR 52.720(h) 950 3 (2)(ii) and Third Set of Interrogatories to the NRC Staff; /I
