Fahner, Attorney General of the State of Illinois, hereby ansxb the Notice of Deposition of M. David Lynch filed July 20,.1981, to include the following matters for examination:

1. All matters included in the documents issued by the NRC Staff on July 17, 1981 entitled "NRC Staff Evaluation of the Bailly Construction Permit Extension Request";

2.

Documents and information referred to or used in preparing the said report;

3. The history of dewatering at the Bailly site;

4. The identity of persons who have or may have knowledge of the matters described in items 1 to 3 above; and

5. The existence of documents which contain information concerning the matters described in items 1 to 4 above.
