. J 9..N On July 30, 1981, Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) served its Fourth Set of Interrogatories to Concerned Citizens Against Bailly Nuclear Site.

Two of those Interroaa-tories have incorrect references to other Interrogatories.

Accordingly, NIPSCO hereby amends its Fourth Set of Interroga-tories to Concerned Citizens Against Bailly Nuclear Site as l

follows:

Interrogatory 42 (c) is hereby amended to read as follows:
