Porter County Chapter Intervenors (PCCI), by their

  • 4 attorneys, pursuant to 10 CFR 52.740b, hereby serve upon Northern Indiana Public Service Company (NIPSCO) the following interrogatories to be answered separately and fully in writing under oath by its officer or agent, within 14 days of the date of service.

The term " document" means any writing or recording of any kind, however produced or reproduced, including but not limited to letters, telegrams, memoranda, reports, studies, tape recordings, computer printouts, photographs, calendar and diary l entries, minutes, pamphlets, notes, charts, tabulations, and l records of meetings , conferences and telephone or other conver-j sations or meetings, which are in the actual or constructive l

15. (a) Is it your position that the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore would not be adversely affected by (i) A deficiency of water; (ii) A surplus of water; (iii) A change in water characteristics; (iv) A change in the rate of water flow; (v) A change in the direction of water flow;

(c) If your answer to Interrogatory 16(a) is no, state:

(c) If your answer to Interrogatory 17(b) is yes , please:

(i) Identify all impacts on the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore which you contend NIPSCO's proposed mitigation program will prevent; (ii) State the manner in which you contend NIPSCO's proposed mitigation program will prevent each impact; and (iii) State the bases for your answers to Interroga-tories 17(b), (c)(i), and (c)(ii) .

(d) If your answer to Interrogatory 17(b) is no, plea'se identify all impacts which NIPSCO's proposed mitigation program will not prevent.
